Luke Carlson is knowledgeable across a broad spectrum of real estate and business matters and is adept at strategizing with clients to make the most out of difficult situations. Indeed, since joining The Kushner Law Firm, PC, Mr. Carlson has represented and consulted with clients regarding various intellectual property matters, employment litigation (including wage and hour class actions, and wrongful termination), real estate matters, and a wide variety of general business and commercial disputes.

Additionally, Mr. Carlson, a former international competitive surfer, brings extensive knowledge of the action sports industry to the Firm.

Mr. Carlson obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science (with honors) from Chapman University, and then went on to earn his law degree from Western State.

Mr. Carlson is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts California.
