Michael B. Kushner
Mr. Kushner was born and raised in Long Beach, California. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa in his third year, and graduated with honors the following year. Mr. Kushner then attended law school at the University of California at Los Angeles.
Mr. Kushner frequently lectures on a variety of topics relating to real estate matters (i.e. issues involving homeowners associations, the dangers of fraudulent loan modification consultants, etc.) and business matters (i.e. how to form a corporation and stay in compliance with CA law, the importance of good contracts, etc.).
