Our Legal Team
Our team consists of experienced trial attorneys and a supportive staff, all of whom are accessible to our clients. Our founding partner, attorney Michael B. Kushner, is a respected business and real estate attorney known for his detail oriented practice, sharp writing, and his skill in the courtroom. Attorney Kalab A. Honey, also an experience trial attorney, and fluent in Mandarin Chinese, offers the Firm's clients his extensive international and domestic business law experience. And finally, while newly minted attorney Luke S. Carlson has not yet acquiried substantial trial experience, he brings with him a vast knowledge of the transactional side of the Action Sports industry.
