Our Legal Team

Our team consists of experienced trial attorneys and a supportive staff, all of whom are accessible to our clients. Our founding partner, attorney Michael B. Kushner, is a respected business and real estate attorney known for his detail oriented practice, sharp writing, and his skill in the courtroom. Attorney Kalab A. Honey, also an experienced trial attorney, and fluent in Mandarin Chinese, offers the Firm's clients his extensive international and domestic business law experience. While attorney Luke S. Carlson has not yet acquired substantial trial experience, but he brings with him a vast knowledge of the transactional side of the Action Sports industry. Finally, attorney Robert Paredes has extensive experience in a wide variety of legal areas including business, real estate, and commercial law. He has successfully argued matters in courts throughout Southern California, and he brings to The Kushner Law Firm, PC his gift of effective and zealous advocacy.

Our lawyers are consummate trial lawyers, and have consistently achieved excellent results in the courtroom.
