The Kushner Law Firm, PLC is Developing New Division Aimed at Providing Low Cost Transactional Services for Basic Business and Real Estate Matters
There are certain companies who, while claiming to provide low-cost "do it yourself" legal templates/documents/forms, make it clear that they offer no legal services or responsibility for their product. They even advertise that they aren't law firms and are providing no legal services.
The Kushner Law Firm thinks this is a harmful trend. Convincing lay people that they can, for pennies, obtain generalized legal documents to protect their investments, their families, their health care, etc., is misleading and risky. These companies are selling people a false sense of security by ignoring the fact that true security comes from individualized legal advice.
The Kushner Law Firm has a solution. We are opening a new division of The Kushner Law Firm that will specifically cater to those individuals who require basic legal documents / forms, but cannot spend a lot of money on them. After providing the firm with responses to a simple questionnaire, clients will receive a consulation with an attorney from the firm and a completed document for a reasonable flat rate.
For a nominal amount more than the cost of purchasing a general template from those other online legal document prepration companies, our clients will be treated as clients. The firm will take responsibility for the documents created, and will be there to advise the clients regarding whether the document they've selected is even the correct one for their needs.

Beginning in May, 2010, the Firm will be sponsoring Bill Handel's new "Handel on Business" segment to be aired during his highly rated morning show on 640 KFI AM. KFI has the largest AM audience in the world, and we're excited about our participation with Bill in launching this new segment.
