The Orange County Register has again asked Michael Kushner to be a part of its "Ask the Attorney" feature. In this edition, Mr. Kushner discusses the benefits of in-house counsel and how to select the correct type of business entity when forming a business.

Mind Your Own Business 2011

The Kushner Law Firm will be attending the Mind Your Own Business event at the College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita. This is a KFI/Bill Handel sponsored event that is tailored toward individuals who own their own business. Mr. Kushner's team will be giving free legal advice in regards to starting a business, financial protection, and a variety of other legal issues.

The Kushner Law Firm is excited to again be a part of KFI's Law Day. This is a public event that will take place at Whittier Law School. Be sure to check our site in the coming weeks for additional information. Also, be sure to catch Mr. Kushner's seminar. Although he has not yet selected his topic, his seminars are usually fully attended and with limited seating, you'll want to get there early.
